Shipping policy

Delivery to the UK is free on all products. To other countries charges may apply. 

Delivery is divided into two parts.

Processing time. Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the supplier for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then the order is processed which takes between 3 to 5 business days. After the order is shipped you will receive a notification letter with the tracking code in your email inbox. 

Shipping time. This refers to the time it takes for the item to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes between 15 to 30 business days. UK orders are shipped by AliExpress which is a postal service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 to 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Take note that during the holidays the delivery time may take longer due to third party circumstances.
